Return and Refund Policy
At Thea Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are printed on demand, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure the best service.
1. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS
● Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is sent to production and cannot be canceled.
● Modifications: If you need to change the shipping address or size, please contact us within 12 hours.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We offer a full refund or a free replacement for the following cases:
● The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
● The product is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.
● The item is lost in transit (not delivered within the estimated timeframe).
● You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design, etc.).
Note: For the cases above, you do not need to return the faulty item. You only need to provide proof (see Section 4).
3. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
● You chose the wrong size, color, or style (Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering).
● The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
● The customer changed their mind after the order was printed and shipped.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND/REPLACEMENT
To start a request, please email us at info@theaprints.com within 30 days of receiving your item with the following information:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. A photo of the shipping label on the package.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
5. REFUND PROCESS
● Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
● Timeline: It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
